Venue Hire

The perfect location for any sort of gathering or party. We have five hireable spaces within the park as well as activity sessions to suit your needs.

For parties not requiring a space, we do request a contribution of £2 per person for groups larger than 30 people to help contribute to the running of the park. Please email mcp@cambridgesportlakes.org.uk or pop into the office to arrange payment.

Please note that access to the lake is by activity booking only.

The Wild Place

This large, enclosed space is perfect for wild outdoor play. Used to host our land parties and for our Outdoor Learning programs.

The Orchard

A pretty orchard space with open grass area to the front, perfect for private larger gatherings. This area is used for wild flowers so certain areas of the orchard may have longer grass as we protect the habit for biodiversity. Space for a food truck or activity near gate. A generator may be required (diesel only).

The Dell

A wooded private space with a fire pit, near our water activities. Perfect for drying off and warming up by the fire after a water session. Also suits parties that require an outdoor private space for a laid back get together.

The Copse

A small, wooded area near the Dell. Perfect for a small get-together out of the main public park

The Sunclock

A very large circular space suitable for larger gatherings such as corporate events, weddings and parties that need more space for food trucks, band, activities etc.
