Milton Country Park

Paddleboarding or SUP (Stand-Up-Paddleboarding) is one of the world's fastest growing sports. It's fun, easy to get into and great for strength, balance and flexibility.

Age 8+, minimum height 1.3m

Canoes are a great group activity. Our craft allow you to paddle tandem with a friend to explore our lake in a relaxed manner in a stable craft.

 Family sessions from age 

The prefect activity for a birthday party, stag or hen do or a corporate day out. Book a session with our qualified instructors for a fun, different time!

Want to know how to look after others and stay safe? We have safety courses suitable for everyone wanting to learn techniques for sheltered water.

Kayaking offers a whole body workout in a fun, maneuverable craft that won't keep you standing up but will keep you on your toes.

 Age 8+, minimum height 1.3m

Our opportunity for participants aged 10-14 to come to weekly sessions aimed at progressing their paddling and socialising with like-minded friends. 

​

All craft will be used, each week is different!

Wanting to work on skills in a smaller group or have a bunch of you wanting to book a course? We offer private sessions at a time to suit you.

Love paddlesport and want to help pass this on to others? We offer several courses for prospective instructors at Milton Country Park. We provide British Canoeing qualifications for all craft as well as paddlesport specific BSUPA L1 courses.
