Mindful Water

Being in and around water has known benefits to both body and mind. Our new Mindful Water introductory sessions are designed to take you through some of the benefits of a range of water activities. The perfect way to trial a potential new hobby!


Paddleboarding, SUP Yoga and a Swim

2 Hours of Calm

A session for those who would like to access the wellbeing benefits of being on and in open water.  Comprising an introductory paddle session, followed by a yoga session on the paddleboards, finishing with a short introduction to swimming wild.  The session is for everyone who can benefit from a mindful 2 hours on the water.  It is also ideal for those brand new to these activities who would like a supportive introduction. You need to be a competent swimmer.

  • No previous experience necessary

  • New Dates: 6th, 20th and 27th July 

  • Sessions 14:15-16:15


Two hours of mindful time on the water to include, introduction to paddleboarding, SUP yoga and a short swim. 

2h session with safety briefing, 30-45 min of boarding, 30 min yoga and 15-20 min in the water (group dependant). All paddleboarding equipment will be provided. Please wear a swimming costume and base layer suitable for the weather. Fitted sportswear is ideal. Do not wear cotton or denim. Shoes are required on the water. Water shoes or old trainers are ideal, shoes must be closed toed and have something around the heel.
