Come and try these bite-sized fun events with 2 or 3 of the elements of Swim Bike and Run. These events are for everyone and will allow you to build your confidence in a fun and welcoming environment. Please be aware that the maximum distances on the day may have a 10% variance either way to those advertised, due to the nature of the course and facility.

If you are entering the family wave, there is a maximum of 6 per family with a 1 adult to 2 children ratio and adults must maintain line of sight with their children at all times prior to and during participation.
