Come and try Run Bike Run. Open to everyone to enjoy. This month is our Halloween event which means we will also be having a fancy dress competition as well. Come dressed in fancy dress complete the Swim Bike Run and have an awesome time.

About the event
Milton Country Park is a monthly opportunity for new and aspiring triathletes to come and give a triathlon/duathlon (which consists of run, bike, run) a go in a fun and non-competitive environment, with a fully off-road course enclosed within Milton Country Park.
