Free Paris Inspired Guided Swim
As Part of Paris Inspired Milton Country Park have FREE sessions on for those new to the open water to allow them to gain experience with a qualified swim coach to discuss how to safely swim in the open water and take a guided swim to explore Deep Pool at Milton Country Park.

About the event
This is a free event for those newer to open water swimming to discussed acclimatisation and some swim tips while taking a few laps around Deep pool in a controlled environment. The event is organised through British Triathlon but has not been updated to make it as free so please sign up here for now.
