An exercise class with a difference for the autumn and winter months. A class that will celebrate being outside and focus on themes that are well known to contribute to well-being.

60 minutes at the start of a Sunday in the beauty of Milton Country Park’s Community Orchard, come rain or shine. The class will combine practices to build aerobic fitness and strength with some of the heat building practices of yoga, together with mindful breathing to encourage a sense of well-being and pleasure at being outside.
Dress appropriately for the weather in easy to move in exercise wear and trainers. Waterproof jacket where necessary.
Julie trained as a yoga teacher in 2015 and as a BSUPA instructor in 2019. Local to Milton and a firm fan of Milton Country Park and its offering, she is often to be found in the park dog walking or hanging out on the lake.
