This workshop is organised by 'Of Plants and People', it covers walking the land, getting to know the plants, foraging for ingredients, and medicine making. There are two parts to the course: in the morning a plant-identification walk and foraging expedition, with a herbalist's eye-view of common wild plants, and the afternoons will cover techniques and recipes for extracting the medicine from the plants you have collected.
