Take your work out to the water and enjoy a fitness class with a difference! SUP Fitness is a challenging exercise class combining paddle boarding, balance and yoga.
Ditch the gym, work your whole body and improve your core-stability, with the added benefit of a beautiful lake setting.
We ask that you have attended a minimum of a Quick Start session and feel confident on a board and in water.

We won't make you do a headstand...unless you want to!
